Right Focus Training Center, Inc. is one of a government recognized learning institution established on May 10, 1999 to provide training to Filipinos wishing to become an efficient overseas worker with concentration on home management. It is owned and managed by an experienced group of officers and administrators who have made several travels and studies about the cultures, traditions and the modern ways of living in different countries where the service of our Filipino workers are called for.

RFTC is manned by competent nurses and teachers, most of whom have work experiences abroad to promote an effective transfer of learning.

The one-room training center at the start is becoming a bigger family. The three storey RFTC Bldg. now houses the increasing number of our trainees being sent in by our satisfied Philippine Recruitment Agencies and being patronized by our accredited foreign Principals. Not only are we equipped with modern household facilities, we also make sure that the accommodations of our trainees are safe and sound while under our custody during their training periods.

With 21 years of dedicated service since 1999 RFTC is continuously committed to provide quality training particularly for applicants aspiring to search for a greener pasture in a foreign land. Several courses are being prepared to meet these needs ranging from electronics to trade testing.
